FamilyCellMap Terms and Community Rules

Consent and family safety

FamilyCellMap provides location sharing, messaging, calls, and safety tools. Only add or monitor people who knowingly consent. Do not use the service for covert surveillance, stalking, coercive control, or to evade a person's privacy choices. Parents and guardians are responsible for lawful supervision of minors and for age-appropriate consent.

Community rules

You may not create, upload, send, forward, or encourage:

• harassment, bullying, credible threats, stalking, or disclosure of private information;
• child sexual abuse or exploitation, grooming, or any sexual content involving minors;
• non-consensual intimate content, sexual exploitation, or instructions facilitating abuse;
• hate, dehumanization, or incitement to violence based on a protected characteristic;
• impersonation, fraud, malware, spam, scams, or attempts to compromise another account;
• illegal content, promotion of serious wrongdoing, or infringement of others' rights; or
• location data, images, recordings, or contact details shared without permission.

Reporting, blocking, and enforcement

Use the in-app report control for objectionable content or conduct and block a user to stop private-chat access. Reports may be reviewed for safety and legal compliance. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence where legally required, and contact authorities when necessary to protect people from serious harm.

Your account and content

You are responsible for activity under your account and for content you submit. Keep your credentials secure. You retain responsibility for having the rights and permissions needed to share content. Service availability and location accuracy are not guaranteed, and the app is not a substitute for emergency services.

Ending use

You may delete your account from the app. Account deletion removes or de-identifies account data subject to limited retention needed for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Stop using the service if you do not agree to these terms.

Changes

Material changes will be presented with a new version or effective date. Continued use may require accepting the updated terms in the app.
